Getting started

About ten minutes for a single client: add the site, invite the team, pick a brief template. Migrating a full agency usually takes an afternoon, and we help on Studio and Agency plans.
Yes. Paste a doc link to import content and structure, or upload a CSV to create projects in bulk. Formatting, headings and tables are preserved.
Plans and billing
Yes. Starter includes three projects, briefs, drafts and export, with no time limit and no card on file.
You are billed for people who create or edit work. Client viewers and read-only stakeholders are free and unlimited on Studio and Agency.
Any time, from the billing page. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, and your data stays exportable for 30 days after.
Yes, with two months free compared to monthly. Agency plans can also be invoiced with purchase orders.
Data and security
In encrypted storage with a major cloud provider, in transit and at rest. Agency plans can select a storage region. Details are in the privacy policy.
Only the people you invite, at the role you give them. Share links can be limited to specific projects and revoked at any time.
Export from any project menu in Markdown, HTML or CSV. To delete an account, use the workspace settings page or email us — we action removal within 30 days.
Support
Email support Monday to Friday, with a reply inside one business day. Studio and Agency messages go to the front of the queue.
Yes, on Agency plans we do it with you on a call. On Studio we provide templates and review your import before you commit.
Please do. Early access teams get a monthly roadmap call, and every request is read by someone who builds the product.
