It is copyrighted, and more importantly it describes their systems and their processors, not yours. It will be wrong in ways that matter the first time anyone checks.
The sections are shaped for it, but a GDPR-compliant policy also needs a lawful basis for each purpose, controller details and often a representative in the EU. Have it reviewed.
