Proposal Generator
Five sections, in the order clients read them. Fill each one and the document assembles beside you — no fighting a word processor at midnight.
Interface preview. The document assembles from your own words. The sample structure below is a fixed example, clearly marked — nothing is written for you yet.

Example dataOf a good six-page proposal, roughly a page goes to the summary, two to scope, half to timeline, half to pricing, and a quarter to next steps. The remaining pages are credentials — which belong at the back, not the front.
Give one recommended option and at most two alternatives. Three tiers with a middle option chosen by design beats an open-ended menu, and an open-ended menu beats a single take-it-or-leave-it number only when the client has told you the budget is uncertain.
Leading with your team's history, burying the price, quoting a range you'll later have to defend, and sending a proposal the client didn't ask for after a call that didn't establish the problem.
